Rule 24
Appointment and deployment of volunteers or supporting organizations
(1) To promote the plan and provide necessary support to the fund during the operation of the plan, the fund will appoint volunteers or supporting organizations as needed.
(2) When choosing a volunteer or support organization, it will be chosen from among local people or organizations based on characteristics such as being able to develop a plan and be mobilized at the local level.
(3) The appointment of volunteers or supporting organizations will be done for a period of time by providing the facilities specified in the contract.
(4) Volunteers or supporting organizations will be accountable to the fund.
(5) Volunteers or supporting organizations should perform their work based on the instructions given by the fund.
(6) Appointment and mobilization of volunteers or supporting organizations will be based on open competition as per the procedure issued by the committee.
